In September 2024 Chattanooga, Tennessee dodged a massive bullet when Hurricane Helene passed within 200 miles of our area. 250 people died in Helene when up to 30 inches of rain fell in just 30 hours in some areas.

This can and will happen again, and this time it could be here in Chattanooga. This privately funded project will use the latest in Artificial Intelligence to build a 3D model of the Chickamauga Creek Watershed built by students who live here. Where will the worst flooding occur? What can be done to prevent loss of life and property? Let’s join together and find out as soon as possible. Time is of the essence, and this year’s Hurricane season has already begun.
